In a previous post, I presented the successfull paleo diet basics and main guidelines. If you also want to eat healthier according to the paleo diet, the biggest challenge for you will be finding the perfect recipes. Although there are plenty of recipes on the internet, what could be wrong? A large percentage of people experimenting with the paleo diet give up this lifestyle because they try poorly prepared, tasteless foods. But how can you cook deliciously? Let's see!
What is the problem with paleo flavors?
If we follow a good recipe then nothing. For most recipes, hitting the right ratio is the main problem. Since the paleo diet excludes a lot of flavor enhancers we’re used to, we want to replace them in different ways. But the usual proportions will not be the same as before. Moreover, the flavors and aromas that can be combined with each other completely change. But it’s also good news because it opens up a fantastic opportunity for us to sample our favorite foods in a whole new way.
These are my 9 favorite paleo cookbooks
The initial steps were disappointing for me too. But luckily we didn’t give up and my girlfriend and I boguht some cookbooks on Amazon. Honestly, we bought more in total than I’m going to present now, because not all of them worked, but it’s just a matter of taste. Although there was also a paleo recipe book that did not meet the basics of the paleo diet at all. Listen, don't be fooled by the cover! Just because you can read that it is a paleo cook book it does not mean it really is one. I’ll now show you my favorite recipe books, and you’ll decide which one you like. Of course, Amazon offers hundreds of great books on paleo recipes.

Juli Bauer's Paleo Cookbook: Over 100 Gluten-Free Recipes to Help You Shine from Within
„Why eat crap food when you don't have to? Better yet, why eat healthy food that doesn't taste good? There’s no need to ever do that again with Juli Bauer's Paleo Cookbook.
New York Times bestselling author of The Paleo Kitchen and creator of the popular website PaleOMG, Juli is a well-known Paleo cook who creates meals that are sure to please the whole family. And this cookbook is her best one yet! Absolutely no one will complain when you serve them delicious dishes like Breakfast Tacos, Pistachio-Crusted Lamb Chops, Moo Shu Pork, Shredded Beef Tostadas, and Layered Flourless Chocolate Cake.
We've all heard about the Paleo or "caveman" diet at this point. But for most people, the diet seems unrealistic. "You expect me not to eat cake anymore?" was Juli's first reaction. (There may have been a few curse words thrown in there, too.) For Juli, that just wasn't going to work. We all understand that cavemen didn't eat cake back in the day, but we're here in the future, and we have the ability to create Paleo-friendly cakes. So Juli ventured out to put a new spin on eating like a caveman. After two weeks of eating Paleo, she knew she was in it for the long haul. She has been eating Paleo for five years now, and she consistently gives her readers Paleo recipes that bring back childhood meal memories or just bring back the foods they love the most. There's no need to be a true, pretentious caveman if you don't have to be! We see you using Instagram over there, you modern caveman, you.
Paleo is about so much more than just food. To Juli, Paleo is what gave her the freedom to feel healthy, energetic, and enthusiastic about life. And that's exactly what she is trying to bring to everyone in her newest cookbook. She hopes not only to help you revamp your kitchen and excite your taste buds, but to help you feel confident with the new lifestyle you've taken on.”

Paleo Grubs is an e-book collection of 470 easy-to-make recipes that plans our meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 10 weeks in advance. On the author’s Youtube channel, you can get a taste of some of the recipes this collection offers.
It also introduces some 5-minute gymnastics exercises that are easy to do at home to readers who want to lose weight. In addition to eating right, daily exercise also contributes greatly to improving our well-being and health.
Although there are plenty of misleading and poor quality paleo cookbooks on the market, luckily there are many really good ones among them. Be sure to read the reviews before you buy and choose from the books that suit your taste. The books I have presented have already proven themselves, at least for me and my partner. We ate delicious foods and in my opinion they can also be a good choice for novice paleo dieters. Eat good, live well!
