Brain Training For Dogs Review

Brain Training For Dogs Review

As a dog lover, I like checking out dog training programs over the Internet and find out what my beloved dogs can benefit from them. I have read many training plans, and I must say that some of them are really good while others are either unsafe, outdated, or contain loads of crap. Yikes!

Today, I came across the training course by Brain Training for Dogs. I've read about it, and I’d like to share my views with you through my Brain training for dogs review. I hope that this article is going to help you decide whether this training program is good for your dogs or not.

Brain Training For Dogs In A Nutshell

Created by professional dog trainer, Adrienne Faricelli, Brain Training for Dogs is a training program designed to help to remove the bad behavior of dogs. It doesn't utilize any kind of force, but instead, the course teaches dog owners to use positive reinforcement, bringing out every dog's "hidden intelligence". It consists of science-based approaches and counters the ideas behind dominance training or the concept where dogs need to behave so that they won't be punished.

Just in case you're not aware, dominance training causes fear, builds distrust, lowers self-esteem, and slows down the learning capacity of dogs. It's a negative approach that I believe should always be avoided. Positive reinforcement, on the other hand, is a much better, more successful technique in raising well-behaved and obedient canines. Aside from that, you also train them to solve problems by themselves. And that's what Brain Training for Dogs is all about.

This training program is a perfect resort if your dogs behave aggressively, don’t listen to you, bark uncontrollably, pull the leash all the time, and chew on things, to name a few. But a dog’s behavior is not the only thing it addresses. Brain Training for Dogs also has modules that you can use to train puppies, become closer to your pooch, and keep you sane if you start to regret getting a dog. There is more to that as you continue reading my Best Training For Dogs by Adrienne Farricelli review.

The Online Course

One of the best things about the Best Training For Dogs is the comprehensiveness of the whole program. I truly commend Faricelli for making sure that she laid out all the necessary details for the training, guiding you and your dog every step of the way. It doesn't only contain informational knowledge but also games that both of you will enjoy.

It consists of seven modules that are named after school levels. Each of them has specific objectives and fun learning activities to achieve their goals. To maximize the program, it is best, to begin with, the first module then goes to the next when you and your dog have passed every level. I'm not going to give all the details for each module in my brain training for dogs review, but here are the things you can expect:

Module 1 Preschool: The foundation for the course, your dog will learn how to be obedient. The games in this module will stimulate the dog's brain to follow each of your commands.

Module 2 Elementary School: This focuses on improving the dog's skills and sharpening his or her senses to complete the commands.

Module 3 High School: Dogs can be impatient, that's why this module talks about impulse control and patience. It will help you train your dog to be patient and to control his or her emotions.

Module 4 College: It improves the motor skills of your dog and enhances their ability to focus on your commands.

Module 5 University: Taking the dog training a step further, this module improves your best friend's patience and develops his or her intelligence. The activities are also geared toward the improvement of your dog's impulse control.

Module 6 Graduation: Your dogs will engage in activities that will hone and improve his or her intelligence and motor skills. It will test your dogs on how far they have learned in following your commands.

Module 7 Einstein: We all know that Einstein is a genius scientist, that's why this is also referred to as the "genius level". The module will teach dogs how to organize his toys, stack rings, and play the piano.

Package Inclusions And Freebies

Besides the online modules, you get several training videos for you and your pooch to watch. It includes the following:

The Creator Behind The Training Course

This is also, perhaps, an Adrienne Farricelli review as we get to know her. Brain Training for Dogs wouldn't come to existence without the brilliant ideas of Adrienne Farricelli, but who is she, and what makes her a reputable dog trainer? Well, I believe that she has what it takes to come up with an effective training program, especially when she has impressive credentials to her name.

Based in Arizona, Adrienne Farricelli is a professional dog trainer who has been in the industry for more than 10 years. She holds a dual dog training certification with the Italian Association for Dog Trainers and Canine Consultants. She is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), which certifies her profession as a dog trainer.

In addition to her credentials, she has contributed to highly regarded print publications like the Every Dog magazine the APDT Chronicle of the Dog as well as online portals such as USA Today, All Experts, Daily Puppy, and Nest Pets. She has also trained service dogs for veterans, run a successful training company with no cages, and helped struggling dog owners from different parts of the world.

Amazing, right? But of course, she still lives a normal life with her husband and has dogs of her own. She has two Rottweilers whom she calls Einstein and Petra.

Beliefs And Training Methods

What I like most about this program is the positive approach that Adrienne Faricelli encourages. Her philosophy is based on science or facts, doesn't enforce harm, and teaches owners to be kind to the dogs. I love my dogs, and I believe that if you treat them with kindness, they will reciprocate it with more love and affection.

In this course, she will teach how to apply positive reinforcement through rewards. It's an advantageous technique that benefits both you and your dog as it boosts the dog-human relationship. The rewards also motivate dogs to listen to you and follow all your commands your every command. It's a tried-and-tested technique that every dog owner should apply.

Now, Best Training For Dogs is not only designed for adult dogs. You can use it to train all dogs of ages. Yes, there are modules from puppies to senior dogs, and the whole dog training program challenges the mental and physical capabilities of you and your dog.

As previously mentioned, each module has specific training exercises that consist of progressive learning activities. There are games and puzzles that dogs have to figure out and complete. There is a total of 21 exercises, and Faricelli has included troubleshooting instructions that will guide you and your dog to learn each training activity.

For the dog owners, you will also notice that you are learning along the way. You learn how to take control, to be patient, and to understand your furry buddies even more. But I would like to emphasize that the training program is not about speed or who finishes the course the fastest. Remember that the training program is about the development of your dog's behavior. It also helps improve his or her mental skills and physical abilities, so take the lessons one step at a time. Don't rush your dog and yourself.

And if you believe that the reward system is a bribe, Faricelli encourages us to think the other way. It's like our children getting something they like because they have done a great job. Dogs deserve to get rewarded whenever they get things right.

My Final Takeaway On Brain Training For Dogs

In the earlier parts of my Brain training for dogs review, I already gave my praises to the program and its creator. It’s a very informative online course, plus it’s loaded with fun learning activities for your dog. You also get additional training videos. It’s an effective program, one that is incomparable to other dog training programs.

As promising as it sounds, the Best Training For Dogs program is, unfortunately, not for free. It comes with a budget-friendly price of $47. It’s not too much if you compare it to hiring a professional trainer. It’s a one-time payment, and you get all the information you need to train your dog. If you can’t decide yet, you can try to, And best of all, you’ll see positive changes you have been longing for your furry friend. Is it worth it? Yes, it is.
